Should Commissions be paid to Doctors by Medical manufacturers/ Scanning & Testing centers?

Extreme Unethicalness in treatment, fake surgeries, bloated medicine prices by Hospitals (Fake MRP prices in collusion with manufacturers) backed by Insurance companies who happily pay. A triumvirate of 1. Doctors/ Hospitals 2. Medical manufactureres 3. Health Insurance Please answer: 1. Do Doctors Live off the Miseries of People? 2. Is health Insurance a boon or a bane? 3. Should Medical manufacturers/ Scanning & testing centers pay commissions to doctors?

1. Doctors DEAL with misery. That doesn't mean they cause or like it. Medical insurance is mixed, but it has made medical advances practical. Scanning commisions? NO!
2. 1. Yes most of then do live off, in fact that's the reason they work so hard, you can see it some of their eyes and expressions. Those who do could not care less about the outcome, the sad part is the other doctors are hiding it instead of ripping it out and exposing the frauds, silence is agreement its said. 2. It's both, but more a bane as another person on Y answers said & I completely agree - the doctors think it belongs to them. Sady the government is doing nothing. I always buy medicines outside, so much of difference. 3. Whom are the docs fooling, they do it all for commissions. Why else are irrelevant tests. And tell us its for our betterement, newer drugs - a cock and bull story, it for their own betterment and to line their pockets, most of thje research is for the ultra rich, by error at times it also serves the middle and poorer sections,.

Insurance companies want all this as they rip corporate companies whose top managers are paid 20% for the company to subscribe & they have to show annual payouts. They dont care what doc's do. 3. Should Medical manufacturers/ Scanning & testing centers pay commissions to doctors? YES, whereever you go - docs only treat based on what they get. They change your tabs/ injections based on from which company has paid/gifted them - NOT coz they are concerned with you.
